Rockstar has not published a completion requirement list. But the Extended Look showed enough of Leonida's side content to sketch what the checklist will be made of, and in GTA V the completion guide outlived every other page about the game.

Confirmed activities that a checklist would draw from
All of the following were shown running in the Extended Look. Not all side content counts toward completion in a Rockstar game, but this is the pool it gets drawn from.
- Sport and leisure: basketball, pool, mini-golf, gym training, swimming.
- Water: kayaking, scuba diving, jet skis, fan boats, underwater shipwreck treasure.
- Outdoors: fishing, hunting, alligator hunting, base jumping, parachuting.
- Racing: cars, dirt bikes, monster trucks, off-road.
- Shooting ranges.
- The zoo, nightclubs, TV, and the social feed.
- A Red Dead Redemption 2-style wildlife study checklist.
Explicitly not in the game
Full tennis matches, surfing and skateboarding were ruled out. Worth knowing before you spend launch week looking for a skate park.
